• Relationship Adventures: Structured shared experiences with step-by-step guidance, available in both free and premium paid versions

• Graceful Closure: Clear ending process with reflection opportunities and transition support

3User Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use LucidMeets, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

• Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Commitment timers automatically enforce time limits and transition users between exclusive and normal modes
• Early termination is possible by mutual consent through the platform's transition system
• No guarantee is provided for continued contact after commitment expiration

6.2 Closure and Transition Process

• All commitments will have a defined ending point enforced by automated timers
• Users will be provided opportunities for reflection, adventure completion, and graceful closure
• Transition processes guide users from exclusive mode back to normal platform interaction
• Data from completed commitments may be archived according to our retention policy

7Paid Features and Adventure System

LucidMeets offers both free and premium features to enhance your connection experience. Our adventure system provides structured shared experiences with varying levels of complexity and cost.

7.1 Adventure Types and Pricing

• Free Adventures: Basic shared experiences available to all users at no cost
• Premium Adventures: Enhanced experiences with detailed guidance, requiring payment from both users
• Split Payment Model: Premium adventures require payment from both users to ensure mutual commitment
• Payment Processing: Secure payment processing through third-party payment providers

7.2 Adventure Features

7.3 Payment Terms

• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once an adventure begins, except in cases of technical failure

8Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and other materials of LucidMeets are owned by LucidMeets or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.1 User-Generated Content

By posting content on LucidMeets, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving our service.

We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any commitments formed through our platform. Users interact at their own risk and discretion, including participation in adventures and psychological assessments.

9.3 Adventure and Payment Disclaimers

We do not guarantee the success, enjoyment, or outcome of any adventure experiences. Paid adventures are provided as-is, and we are not liable for dissatisfaction with adventure content or outcomes.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidMeets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to adventure participation, commitment outcomes, or payment processing issues.

10Safety, Security, and Reporting

Your safety and security are our highest priorities. We have implemented comprehensive safety measures to protect our users:

LucidMeets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

17Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and LucidMeets regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
